Wheel Curb Rash Repair
Curb Rash is the most common repair performed on wheels from misjudging parallel parking at concrete curbs. Other causes are from road debry while driving. Whatever the scenario is, we can restore it to when it was new.
Wheel Straightening
There are a ton of potholes out there and are noticed too late to avoid them, over stressing the aluminum causing it to stretch out of shape, causing a shimmy in your steering wheel or shiver in the rear of your vehicle. There is a process we run through to ensure the wheel is actually bent or deformed.
Wheel Bent or Dent Repair
Sometimes dents are physically visible on the outside surface area of the rim. But another clue would be loss of tire pressure over a period of time, knowing there are no punctures to the tire. Not visible, the dent to the lip of the rim could be on the inner side of the rim, compromising the tire bead sealing to the rim, creating a slow leak when standing or under pressures of driving.

Wheel Crack and Bend Repair
Cracks are more severe, from accidents, under-inflated tires hitting a larger pothole, inturn splitting or even tearing the aluminum rim apart. If the wheel is not out of tolerance, that it can warrant a repair, we have specialists that can TIG weld it back to original condition and cure the bend in the wheel.
Wheel Corrosion Repair
Salt is the number one enemy to Aluminum. Whether you live in colder climates warranting road salt or maybe you reside close to the ocean shoreline. The salt slowly eats at the aluminum over time, causing corrosion and pitting of the wheel. On this type of repair, bead blasting or resurfacing is needed.

Wheel Powder Coating
If your original powder coating is chipping, cracking or scuffed, they can be recoated. Maybe you want a pop of color or a color change to your vehicle rims.
The wheel is fully stripped back to aluminum, fixing any curb-rash, blemishes or any other imperfections, then recoated with your color of choice.
Wheel 2 and 3 Piece
Two or Three piece wheels can be more customizable for offsets and widths, which can create greater fitment possibilities. Being the wheels are composed of multiple parts, it is possible to replace individual components of the wheel, rather than having to repair the whole wheel or replace it with a new wheel.

TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) Light on in your dash? We have the technology to handle programming a TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitor Sensor) to your vehicle, after it has been replaced on the inside of the rim.
Customers can be serviced while they wait, if the service is for a short period of time. If a longer time frame is needed, customers can schedule an appointment with us.
We have a road crew for picking up wheels from many types of local shops on Long Island and deliver the rims back after the wheel service has been performed, including dealerships.
